Senior Product Analyst

In this role, you will:

• Lead the continued evolution of a scalable product analytics system to identify, analyze, and report on critical product metrics to inform product decisions

• Strengthen our insights into why we win or lose sales opportunities in each segment (win/loss analysis)

• Surface conclusions from win/loss analysis that will inform changes to our product and offerings as necessary

• Understand when and why customers downgrade or cancel their Quickbase subscriptions

• Evaluate the landscape of relevant competitors to identify where and how we should focus our energy to win in our target markets, in partnership with Product Marketing

You should have:

• 3+ years in a Product Analyst, Business Intelligence, or related role

• Experience gathering, organizing, and visualizing data to evaluate the success specific business initiatives

• The ability to effectively communicate the conclusions of detailed data analysis to non-technical audiences, including assumptions made and associated rationales

• BA or BS degree in an analytical or quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
