Strong knowledge of claims management processes (end-to-end lifecycle).Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in claims management systems and MS Office tools Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of compliance standards and industry best practices 3 years of experience in claims management, with exposure to end-to-end claims processing Prior experience in handling escalations and process improvement initiatives preferred Manage end-to-end claims processing, including intake, validation, adjudication, and settlement.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and client requirements.
Investigate and resolve claim discrepancies, escalations, and exceptions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve turnaround times.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audit and compliance purposes.
Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Support training and mentoring of junior team members in claims management practices.
Responsible for managing the end-to-end claims process within the SST domain.
