Strong knowledge of P&C / General Insurance claims processes.Expertise in end-to-end claims lifecycle management 3 years of experience in claims management within P&C or General Insurance.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of compliance standards and industry best practices Proficiency in claims management systems and MS Office tools Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Manage end-to-end claims processing including intake, validation, adjudication, settlement, and closure.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and client-specific standards Investigate and resolve claim discrepancies, escalations, and exceptions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve turnaround times.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audits and compliance.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Support training and mentoring of junior analysts in claims management practices.
