Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Senior Operator to join our team at Regaal Resources Pvt. Ltd., responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental management and treatment processes.
Roles and Responsibility - Monitor and control the performance of ETP systems, including effluent treatment and disposal.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on ETP equipment and infrastructure.
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as an operator or technician in an ETP setting.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
