1. Tech Lead(Java)- 10+ Years of experience in Leading and delivery of Large Implementation Projects
2. Senior Developer(Java) - 5+ Years of experience in Leading and delivery of Large Implementation Projects
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Strong hands-on in Java (Streams, Lambdas, Parallel processing)
2. Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, JPA/Hibernate
3. Experience with rule engines for workflow implementation
4. Hands-on with: Kubernetes, Docker, Elasticsearch, Messaging (Kafka / RabbitMQ), RDBMS
5. Proficient in Swagger, Git, Jenkins, Maven, Exposure to NoSQL
Job Requirements :
1. Lead design and development of Java-based enterprise applications
2. Drive architecture using Spring Boot & Microservices
3. Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of distributed systems
4. Mentor development teams and enforce coding standards & best practices
5. Manage troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization
6. Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery
