Senior Infrastructure Engineer-Ansible

In this role, you will:

• Support Ansible platform operations, automation solutions, and technical customer needs
• Deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable infrastructure automation solutions aligned with platform standards
• Translate platform requirements, operational needs, and customer feedback into practical engineering solutions
• Partner with lead engineers to implement technical direction and improve platform capabilities
• Apply engineering best practices to improve platform stability, automation quality, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering, product, vendor, and customer teams to resolve issues and support platform adoption

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure automation, or equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education
• 3+ years of experience supporting production systems for high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Ansible Automation Platform and Ansible development, including reusable playbooks, roles, collections, and workflows
• Working knowledge of OpenShift or Kubernetes
• Experience with Linux administration and scripting using Shell, YAML, or Python
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and vault tools such as HashiCorp Vault or CyberArk
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience independently troubleshooting automation and platform issues, including incident response, root cause analysis, and escalation in a 24x7 environment
• 1+ years of experience working in Agile or fast-paced delivery environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
