Senior Gen AI Developer

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy Predictive AI and Generative AI solutions
• Build and fine-tune Generative AI models for:
• Text, image, audio, and video generation
• Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) such as:
• GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Mistral, and open-source models
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies to enhance response quality, consistency, and reliability
• Build AI-driven chatbots, virtual assistants, and autonomous agents
• Train and optimize models using:
• Structured and unstructured datasets
• Reinforcement learning techniques where applicable
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using embeddings and vector databases.
• Work extensively with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers
• Deploy AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-premises environments
• Develop REST APIs and integrate AI models into enterprise-grade applications.
• Ensure model performance, scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.

Technical Skills (Must Have)

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face
• Strong understanding of:
• Transformer architectures
• Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning
• Diffusion models
• Experience working with LLM APIs such as:
• OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, and other leading providers
• Solid understanding of:
• Prompt Engineering
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Embeddings and vector databases
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
