Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in software engineering, solution architecture, ML engineering, or autonomous/agentic systems.
- Hands-on experience delivering GenAI/LLM solutions to production, including at least one agentic system (tool-using agent, workflow agent, or multi-agent).
- Strong programming skills (Python required; TypeScript/Java/Go preferred) and solid software engineering fundamentals (design patterns, code reviews, testing).
- Experience with at least one agent framework (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel) and implementing RAG or similar retrieval-based patterns.
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems (REST/gRPC APIs, databases, message queues, identity systems) and deploying on scalable infrastructure (Docker/Kubernetes and a major cloud platform).
- Working knowledge of vector/embedding search and storage (vector DBs or libraries) and performance tuning for low-latency inference and retrieval.
- Experience with evaluation and observability of LLM/agent systems (offline evals, regression tests, tracing/monitoring tools such as Langfuse or equivalents).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate business goals into technical designs and delivery plans.
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications
- Experience productizing GenAI platforms or reusable agent components for multiple teams or clients.
- Familiarity with microservice and event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka) and distributed systems patterns.
- Experience with prompt engineering at scale (prompt management/versioning, structured outputs).
- Familiarity with developer productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AWS CodeWhisperer, Cursor), secure SDLC practices, and relevant certifications (Cloud, Kubernetes, security, or machine learning).
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely aligned technical discipline (B.E., B.Tech, M.C.A., M.Sc.).
