- Position Title : Senior GCP / Java Developer (Remote)
- Job Locatio n: Bangalore / Chennai / Noida / Hyderabad
- Experience : 8+ years
- Must have : OCP and GCP/BigQuery, Spring Framework / Spring Boot / MVC / Hibernate
- Lead design and development of Java-based applications using OCP and GCP/BigQuery
- Build and maintain REST services (APIs) and implement microservice design patterns
- Create and manage integration services to consume and process data from multiple systems
- Apply object-oriented design principles for scalable application development
- Develop and enhance solutions using Spring Framework / Spring Boot / MVC / Hibernate
- Work extensively on GCP technologies and cloud-native services (Cloud Run, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, etc.)
- Design, schedule, and execute batch jobs in GCP Cloud Run
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development using Jenkins, Terraform, and related tools
- Manage and optimize cloud environments , ensuring scalability and security
- Perform database design and development with Spanner, SQL Server, and other relational databases
- Develop and maintain middleware integrations with platforms like WebLogic, WebSphere, or JBoss
- Collaborate with teams to translate architecture and high-level design into actionable stories/tasks
- Ensure solutions follow enterprise IT workflows, best practices, and compliance standards
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and support applications in production environments
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and leadership
- Stay updated with modern programming languages, frameworks, and emerging cloud technologies
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to the team
- 8+ years of experience as a Java developer with OCP and GCP/BigQuery
- 4+ years of experience in REST services (APIs) and microservice design patterns
- 4+ years of experience creating integration services to process data from other systems
- 4+ years of experience in object-oriented design and development
- 4+ years of experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot
- 3+ years of experience with GCP technologies and cloud-native services
- 2+ years of experience with GCP Cloud Run , including scheduling & executing batch jobs
- Familiarity with Spanner / SQL Server and GCP Pub/Sub / AMQP
- Hands-on experience creating CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins / Terraform
- GCP Solutions Certification and experience in cloud environment management
- Understanding of IT workflows in large enterprises
- Experience with middleware packages : WebLogic, WebSphere, or JBoss
- Experience with REST or SOAP API development
- Knowledge of frameworks such as Spring Boot, MVC, or Hibernate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of common databases and modern programming languages
- Ability to act as Tech Lead , breaking down architecture/design into executable stories for teams
- Bachelor s Degree preferred; Master s Degree desirable
