Senior Engineer - Field Services

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team in the field services department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for product enhancements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
