Job Overview
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 1–4 years of post-qualification experience in External Audit or Statutory Audit, along with German language certification. The ideal candidate should possess strong auditing knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams supporting German-speaking engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform statutory and external audit engagements in accordance with applicable auditing standards.
- Review financial statements and assess compliance with accounting and regulatory requirements.
- Identify audit risks, evaluate internal controls, and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders and engagement teams to ensure timely delivery of audit assignments.
- Prepare audit documentation and working papers while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Support cross-border engagements involving German-speaking clients and teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 1–4 years of post-qualification experience in External Audit or Statutory Audit.
- German language certification (A2/B1/B2/C1 or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of auditing standards, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
