Job Description
- Experience in handling indirect tax litigations.Candidates should be involved in drafting advisory and litigation. Due diligence experience would be an added plus.
- Good knowledge of Indirect Tax Regulations
- Handled litigation at all levels
- Must have handled GST Compliances
- Good in Advisory and Drafting Opinions
- Good Communication Skills
- Independently must have handled clients
- Good Knowledge of erstwhile regulations like Service Tax, VAT etc
- Good knowledge of Customs and have handled customs matters
