Location: Bhiwadi (Rajasthan) and Adityapur (located in the Seraikela Kharsawan district of Jharkhand)
Role & responsibilities:
Order execution-
-Sales Order Entry in SAP (MTO / MTS / ETO).
-Co-ordination with PPC for production completion dates. Follow up with PPC and Production team for order prioritization and timely completion of order.
-Co-ordination with Logistics for Shipment planning and monitoring compliance.
-Follow up with Logistics, Finance, Sales, and other relevant functions and take necessary action for timely shipment of Orders.
-Assisting the reporting manager in preparing reconciliation statement for project orders.
Keeping track of all orders logged by Sales.
Inventory Management:
-Co-ordination with internal team for PR/PO creation and releasing within the stipulated time.
-Monitoring consumption of old inventory & monitor FIFO.
MIS
-Order Status Report & Order Backlog Report, PR/PO Status report.
-Inventory Consumption Status.
-DIFOT.
