SCM - Dispatch

In this fast-paced role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of EV chargers to our customers. You will be responsible for coordinating with production, logistics, and customer service to ensure a smooth dispatch process.

• Receive and review orders from Units and Vendors.
• Verify order accuracy and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
• Schedule shipments with freight carriers based on customer requirements and lead times.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including packing lists and bills of lading.
• Track shipments and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
• Manage dispatch logistics, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and proper handling of EV Chargers, Inverters, Batteries and other electrical and electronics product.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and reports.
• Resolve any issues related to shipments in a timely and efficient manner.

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in dispatch or logistics, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of shipping procedures and freight carrier operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and warehouse management software (a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills to address any discrepancies or shipment issues.

• Experience required - 8yrs to 10yrs
• Location - Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana
