Dispatcher

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Dispatcher to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in dispatching or related fields.

• Receive incoming requests, orders, or assignments from customers, clients, or internal departments.
• Schedule and prioritize tasks based on urgency, resources availability, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate the dispatch of resources, vehicles, or personnel to assigned locations or job sites.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including job orders, assignments, vehicle logs, and incident reports.
• Generate reports, logs, or performance metrics to track operational efficiency, service quality, and compliance with regulations.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods or services.

• Any graduate degree is required.
• Possess strong communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Be capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Have familiarity with dispatch software and systems.
