Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & EC Time Off modules.
- Manage holiday calendars, work schedules, time profiles, and accrual configurations.
- Support Time Tracking and Payroll (ECP) integration activities.
- Participate in requirement gathering, configuration, SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Handle data migration and AMS support activities for global SuccessFactors environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and HR teams to deliver end-to-end EC & Time Off solutions.
Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong expertise in EC Time Off and Time Tracking.
- Experience working on global rollout / implementation projects.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
