Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with 712 years of overall experience and strong expertise in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors EC solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, stakeholder management, and HR process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HR processes.
- Configure Employee Central modules, including:
- Foundation Objects
- Employee Data Management
- Position Management
- Workflows & Business Rules
- Perform data migration, data mapping, and data validation activities.
- Integrate EC with other SAP/third-party systems (e.g., SAP HCM, Payroll, S/4HANA).
- Provide production support and resolve incidents/issues within SLA timelines.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams for system enhancements.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support go-live activities.
- Create functional specifications and support technical developments.
- Train business users and create documentation/user guides.
