Role & responsibilities
Experience and Education Requirements:
-Bachelors degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration with IT specialization.
-10+ years of hands-on SAP experience, with 4+ years on S/4HANA (PP / PP-PI).
-Proven track record of delivering SAP PP processes in both discrete and process industry settings.
-Deep understanding of MRP Live, Order Types, Process Management, Batch Determination, and Capacity Planning.
-Experience in large-scale global SAP transformation programs, ideally with a template-driven deployment model.
-Familiarity with SAP Manufacturing Execution (ME), Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC), or third-party MES systems is a plus.
-Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work in matrix organizations.
-Relevant SAP certifications preferred.
