Role & responsibilities

SAP EWM

• 4 to 8 years of SAP EWM experience with in-depth knowledge in SAP EWM Inbound, Outbound and Internal Processes
• Expertise in EWM Inbound Processes like Yard Management, Unload, Deco and Put away along with exception scenarios.
• Expertise in Labour Management, Screen personas .
• Expertise in EWM Outbound Processes like Picking, Packing, Loading and PGI, along with exception scenario’s.
• Should have strong experience in SAP ECC EWM Integration.
• Expertise to understand cross-functional topics and design applications that includes areas other than EWM.
• Should have worked on at least one end-to-end SAP EWM implementation project independently and should be able to independently manage EWM related configurations and process mapping.
• Worked across design, development, Testing and deployment of SAP EWM application.
• Sound knowledge of all EWM related interfaces.
• Should be able to collaborate with the various internal teams of SAP, including development and support.
• Should have experience in high priority incident management, RCA, problem management etc.
• Ability to independently handle service operation in EWM area
• Hands on experience in designing and implementing EWM Processes
• Should contribute in the practice building measures like process improvement, knowledge management.
• Provide SAP driven solutions for Business requirements in the area of Warehouse Management
• Familiarity with SAP implementation tools such as Solution Manager.
• Ability to manage client expectations and foresee risks.
