- Year-end activities support
- DE Launch requests
- SLES patch management
- Production monitoring after major changes
- Job monitoring for critical jobs and system monitoring as requested
- Certificate management
- Axway related queries and support
- eDoc Poland and Hungary notes implementation
- BTP key management and SOA manager connection management for eDoc Poland
- NACOS calendar update
- UCON management
- RFC connections management
- Printer management
- AJMR health checks
- Change Management Approval- If Coc is not available
- Majorel & Basware credit notes archive support
- LDAP Configuration
- SAP OSS Message Support
