• As an SAP FICA Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the SAP Financial Contract Accounting module to support billing and receivables processes
• This role involves collaborating with finance and accounting teams, understanding business requirements, and configuring SAP FICA to ensure accurate and efficient financial accounting in compliance with industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Analysis:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze financial and billing requirements
• Understand end-to-end business processes within the Financial Contract Accounting module
• SAP FICA Implementation:Configure and implement SAP FICA module based on business requirements
• Customize FICA functionalities related to invoicing, receivables management, and contract accounting
• Invoicing and Billing Processes:Optimize SAP FICA for efficient invoicing and billing processes
• Implement complex billing scenarios, revenue recognition, and tax calculations
• Receivables Management:Configure SAP FICA for effective receivables management
• Implement dunning processes, interest calculations, and payment allocation
• Contract Accounting:Customize SAP FICA for contract accounting scenarios
• Manage financial transactions related to various types of contracts
• Integration with Other SAP Modules:Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICA and other relevant SAP modules, such as SAP SD and SAP FI
• Collaborate with other SAP consultants to address end-to-end financial processes
• Tax and Regulatory Compliance:Implement tax determination processes within SAP FICA
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations
• User Training:Provide training to end-users on SAP FICA functionalities
• Create training materials and documentation to support user adoption
• Reporting and Analytics:Implement reporting and analytics solutions within SAP FICA
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into financial and billing metrics
• Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within SAP FICA
• Stay informed about updates to SAP FICA functionality and industry best practices
