Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes using Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless integration of new features and functionality.
- Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, procedures, and technical specifications related to Salesforce implementation.
- Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 6-14 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related field.
- Strong understanding of B2C e-commerce concepts, including demandware platform.
- Experience working with SFDc (Salesforce Fulfillment Center) or similar order management systems.
- Proven track record in analyzing complex business problems and developing effective solutions.
