Salesforce Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce projects.
• Convert business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA, and Product Owners.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, Flows, reports, dashboards, and security settings.
• Support Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations and enhancements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate UAT, defect management, release planning, and production deployments.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure timely project delivery with high-quality documentation and stakeholder communication.

Preferred candidate profile

• 510 years of IT experience with 78 years as a Salesforce Technical Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce configuration (Flows, Objects, Reports, Dashboards, Security).
• Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and UAT documentation.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology with experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Preferred exposure to Apex, SOQL, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs, Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud.
• Salesforce certifications are an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working from Gurgaon.
