Salesforce Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering through stakeholder workshops, translating business needs into well-defined Epics and granular JIRA user stories.
• Design optimized Salesforce solutions by analyzing peripheral impacts, creating process flowcharts and mockups, and presenting strategic options to business owners.
• Drive agile delivery by assigning sprints, outlining technical solutions, and maintaining strict adherence to standard JIRA formatting.
• Bridge the gap between business and technical teams by conducting thorough walkthroughs of acceptance criteria to ensure complete alignment between developers and QA.
• Mediate technical disputes, triage system defects, and prioritize backlog items based on business impact and immediate urgency.
• Advise stakeholders on system optimizations to maximize platform performance and reduce unnecessary licensing and memory costs.
• Conduct comprehensive system demos for product owners and business users, particularly for complex and critical feature implementations.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by resolving user queries in real-time and rigorously verifying Priority 1 (P1) scenarios.
• Oversee production deployment readiness by ensuring ticket completion and performing post-deployment validation of all critical business flows

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst 
• Strong understanding of Salesforce business analyst principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Agilent AI or similar analytics tools
• Salesforce certification is required
