Salesforce, integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and AWS - Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions on Salesforce and AWS platforms.
• Build secure, scalable, and maintainable applications following software engineering best practices.
• Develop and consume REST APIs and integrations across enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Architecture, and Operations teams to deliver business solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and solution architecture.
• Ensure code quality through automated testing, peer reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support production applications by participating in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements.
• Follow security, compliance, and data protection standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software Development.
• Strong programming skills in relevant languages/frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Development or AWS Cloud Development.
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based and API-driven architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), automated testing, and code reviews.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security.
• Experience supporting production applications, incident management, and defect resolution.
• Understanding of cloud-native concepts such as event-driven architecture, asynchronous processing, and managed cloud services.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations integration experience.
• AWS Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum product teams.
• Knowledge of performance, scalability, and resilience engineering.
