Java Developer (6 Months Contract)

Job Description:

Role: Java Engineer/Developer
Experience: 6+ Years
Work Hours: 12:00 PM9:00 PM IST
Duration: 6 Month Contract with potential to extend or convert
Interview Process: 1 round
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days (Only serving notice period preferred)
Location: Remote during the contract period, 3x hybrid upon conversion to a full-time employee from Hyderabad (preferred).

Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Must-Haves
Enterprise Level Java- Lots of Multithreading - Java 17 and above
Ability to work at velocity - 2-week sprint
Kafka or any kind of messaging is a huge plus
Kubernetes or Container experience
AWS Cloud Experience
Angular 17 or above version would be great (THIS IS HIGHLY DESIRED BY CLIENT)

Skills Required:

• Proven track record designing, developing, and delivering enterprisegrade applications using Enterprise Java.
• Strong understanding of application security, transactional processing, scalability, and highresiliency system design.
• Expertise with Spring ecosystem: Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Kafka, and Maven multimodule projects.
• Handson experience with eventdriven architectures, including Apache Kafka and highthroughput message processing.
• Strong knowledge of Redis for caching and data access patterns.
• Experience implementing effective caching strategies using Redis and Spring Cache.
• Deep experience with Aurora PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and schema design.
• Handson expertise with Liquibase for database versioning and migrations.
• Knowledge of database partitioning and data scalability strategies.
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures and methodologies (IaaS, PaaS).
• Handson experience with containerization and orchestration, including Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Helm charts.
• Experience designing and supporting multiregion, highly available deployments.
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, automation, and cloud management tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, using tools such as Jira.
• Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic, and highly regulated environment.
