Sales Telecaller

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Telecaller to join our outreach and admissions team.

Responsibilities

• Call prospective leads to introduce the academys courses and programs
• Explain course details clearly, answer queries, and pitch benefits
• Conduct regular and systematic follow-ups with interested prospects to drive closures
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of calls, feedback, and lead statuses
• Achieve daily call volume metrics and enrollment goals

Skills And Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of telecalling, customer support, or telesales workflows
• Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong convincing power
• active listening
• Basic knowledge of tracking lead data in spreadsheets/CRM

Preferred:

• Immediate joiners preferred
