EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : Minimum 2 yrs.
SHIFT TIMINGS : 01:00PM 10:00 PM ( Monday to Friday )
JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for Dynamic and performance driven Sales Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidates should possess exceptional English communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and proven experience in lead generation and client conversion. The role requires confidence in interacting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting opportunities into business.
REQUIRED SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 yrs of experience in telecalling, inside sales, telesales, or business development.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently engage with clients over phone calls.
- Target oriented and performance driven approach.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and lead management processes will be an advantage.
PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Candidate with prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or Digital Marketing Company will be preferred.
- Experience in selling digital marketing sevices, web development services, or related solutions will be an added advantage.
