Telecaller (sales)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Telecaller to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Make sales calls to potential clients and pitch products or services.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide product information and resolve complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

• Proven experience in telesales or sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience in corporate industry is preferred; FMCG experience is an added advantage.
• Gender: Female.
• Qualification: Any Graduate.
