Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the agency channel, increasing revenue through new business acquisition and retention.
• Manage a team of agents, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling life insurance products to existing clients and develop plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive agency landscape.

Job Requirements :

• 1-7 years of experience in agency management or similar role within the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective sales strategies for life insurance products through an agency channel.
• Strong understanding of agency development principles, including recruitment, training, and performance management best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with agents, customers, and internal stakeholders.
