Job Requirements :
- 0-7 years of experience in agency sales or related field (e.g., field sales).
- Proven track record of success in managing teams or individuals towards achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the life insurance industry and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
