Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a warm shopping experience.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
• Showcase gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery collections.
• Assist customers with product features, pricing, and offers.
• Support sales activities to achieve individual and store targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness.
• Coordinate with team members for billing, packing, and customer support.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Follow company policies and showroom procedures.
