Job Description
- Implement and onboard new dealerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
- Provide timely and efficient service as per company standards.
- Source quality business through channel partners and team members.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Ensure completion and tracking of post-disbursement documentation.
- Monitor and improve the productivity of off-roll employees.
- Manage and maintain collection portfolios for the first six months post-disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational processes.
- Actively support the launch and adoption of new products, processes, and policies.
- Prepare and maintain business reports and MIS.
- Contribute to business growth, portfolio quality, and partner satisfaction.
Experience Required - 1 to 3 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, Auto Finance, Two-wheeler Finance, Personal Loans, or related financial products.
