Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and acquire new customers for:
    • Home Loans
    • Personal Loans
    • Car Loans
    • Business Loans
    • Merchant Acquiring Business (MAB) / Retail Products
  • Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and benefits to customers.
  • Conduct customer meetings, field visits, and follow-ups for business generation.
  • Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
  • Coordinate with the credit and operations team for loan approvals and disbursements.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by the organization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, dealers, DSAs, and channel partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Update customer information and sales activities in CRM systems.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Freshers or experienced candidates in Banking, Financial Services, or Sales can apply.

Experience:

  • 0 to 5 years of experience in Retail Banking, Loan Sales, Financial Products, or Merchant Acquiring Business.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in sourcing Home Loan, Personal Loan, Car Loan, Business Loan, or MAB business.
  • Strong local market knowledge and networking skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented professional.
