Safety Head

• Develop policies and plans to reduce employee risk in the projects.
• Resolve complaints and suggest to management for corrective action
• Provides promotional materials, develops, and administers recognition systems to promote safe and healthful work performance.
• Provides support to the project safety coordinator in complicated accident investigation process and training.
• Review accidents in the zone and suggest to prevent similar future incidents.
• Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation.
• Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures.

Assisting Safety coordinators with the creation and management of health and safety monitoring systems and policies in the workplace.

• Provides appropriate safety and health, accident prevention, and investigation training for operators and supervisors.
• Training to the executives and operators on distinct topics.
• Ensure employee safety training, classroom lectures, demos and hands-on instruction is being conducted in the zonal projects
• Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management.
• Prepare safety metrics and safety deck every month for the projects in the zone.
• Supports the Safety Management Information System (MIS) by recording all accident reports in a timely, complete, and accurate manner.

Maintains the track record of project management.

• Monitors the level of safety induction programs and training provided in each projects.

Trains and carries out drills and exercises on how to manage emergency situations in selective projects.
