Role - Safety Lead
Location - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
Safety Strategy & Leadership
1. Develop and implement the organization's HSE vision, policies, and strategic initiatives
2. Establish safety goals, KPI's and performance metrics aligned with Business objectives
3. Foster a proactive safety culture through leadership engagement and employee participation
4. Provide strategic guidance to project leadership teams on safety matters
5. Ensure compliance with applicable Indian safety laws, regulations and construction standards
6. Liaise with regulatory authorities and facilitate statutory inspections and audits
7. Oversee safety management across all active construction sites
8. Review and approve project - specific safety plans, risk assessments, and method statements
8. Design and implement comprehensive safety training and competency development programs
9. Support environmental, sustainability, and ESG initiatives related to health and safety
10. Conducting EHS audits for sites & head office & evaluating Site EHS performance of contractors & individuals.
