Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer specializing in RF, Analog, and Mixed-Signal Physical Verification . The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in physical verification flows, extraction methodologies, and signoff processes while collaborating closely with cross-functional design teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Execute physical verification flows including DRC, LVS, DFM, ERC using industry-standard tools.
  2. Perform hierarchical and flat verification , ensuring strict adherence to foundry rules.
  3. Drive PEX/extraction processes and debug complex verification issues.
  4. Automate PV flows using scripting languages and maintain PV runsets / tech files.
  5. Work closely with design, layout, and process teams to enable signoff-quality results.
  6. Deliver high-quality results within aggressive schedules.
Required Technical Skills Physical Verification Tools
  1. Strong hands-on experience with:
  2. Calibre (DRC / LVS / DFM / ERC)
  3. Good-to-have experience with:
  4. ICV , Pegasus
Design Verification Expertise
  1. Deep understanding of foundry process rules
  2. Knowledge of physical design signoff requirements
  3. Hierarchical and flat verification methodologies
  4. PEX / extraction methodologies
Automation Scripting
  1. Proficiency in:
  2. Tcl
  3. Python
  4. Perl
  5. Experience working with:
  6. Design Enablement Kits
  7. Technology files
  8. Runsets
Soft Skills
  1. Strong analytical and debugging capabilities
  2. Excellent communication and team coordination
  3. Ability to work under tight schedules while maintaining quality
