We are looking for a motivated RF Engineer to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of RF planning, optimization, and network performance. This role is suitable for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience who are eager to build their career in the telecom industry. Key Responsibilities

• Perform RF planning, optimization, and network performance analysis.
• Monitor and troubleshoot RF network issues to ensure optimal service quality.
• Conduct drive tests and analyze network performance data.
• Support site surveys and assist in RF design and network rollout activities.
• Analyze KPIs and recommend optimization strategies to improve network performance.
• Coordinate with field teams for issue resolution and project implementation.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and daily progress updates.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Required Skills
  • Basic understanding of RF planning and optimization concepts.
  • Knowledge of LTE/4G and 5G technologies.
  • Familiarity with drive test tools and RF optimization techniques.
  • Understanding of telecom network architecture and wireless communication.
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation. Qualifications
    • B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electronics & Communication, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
