Regional Business Head

Role Responsibilities:

As Regional Business Head for Loan Against Property (LAP), youll lead the LAP business across a region, focusing on achieving targets, managing teams, developing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction, while adhering to company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement regional business plans to achieve growth targets for LAP products.

Monitor business activities and ensure alignment with company credit policies.

Conduct trend analysis, benchmarking competitors, and identify best practices.

Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor Relationship Managers, Branch Managers, cluster business head, and other support staff.

Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.

Monitor business activities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.

Ensure achievement of regional targets and objectives.
