Roles and Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for international clients.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for the role.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment operations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the BPO industry.
- Strong knowledge of international recruitment processes and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with recruitment software and tools is an advantage.
