Job Title: Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented BPO Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for customer support and backend roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk hiring, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles (voice, non-voice, backend).
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and walk-ins.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage bulk hiring drives and meet assigned hiring targets.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 4 years of experience in BPO or bulk hiring recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of BPO hiring metrics.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in high-volume hiring.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
