Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the implementation of short-term activities within the team.
Provide technical and non-technical customer support via phone, online chat, or text.
Act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments related to specific customer orders.
Analyze and resolve customer issues in a call center-based environment.
Supervise less experienced professionals and provide professional expertise.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
