Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with leads generated through social media campaigns.
- Explain the training program and assess candidate interest and eligibility.
- Shortlist interested candidates and schedule them for counselling/orientation.
- Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment records.
Eligibility:
- Any Arts & Science Graduate (HR/Social Work background preferred).
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication and telecalling skills.
- Willingness to work in recruitment and candidate mobilization.
