Recruiter Intern

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified candidates for client requirements using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and clients, and ensure a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, update recruitment trackers, and support recruiters in delivering quality talent within client timelines.
