Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team in the domestic sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the BPO industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
