Role & responsibilities 1.Knowledge on ISO / IATF / EOHS
2. Competent in Core Tools & 7 QC Tools.
3. Good Exposure In Documentation & Follow up.
4.Exposure in IQA , MRM , Report Preparation (Word ,Excel , PPT)
5.Handling of Manual , Procedure , WI , SOP , Formats ETC.
6. Handle the Customer audit , Certification audit
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Knowledge to Establish, implement, Update & maintain the Mgmt. System (Automotive & EOHS New /Existing )
• Prepare Documentation against ISO 9001:2015 , IATF 16949:2016 requirements & monitor by MRM & IQA
• Co-ordinate to launch the OEM Shop floor.
• In charge of QMS & IMS Document Centre. (Manual, procedures & documentations)
• Drive the CFT teams meet all Quality Requirements and down processes.
• Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators across all areas
• Responsible for implement,review,follow and monitor the Systems of Customer & Companies own requ.
• Prepare the KPI/CIO for Process Linkages effectiveness; Monitor efficiency through flow chart
• Align with engineering department during PFD, Control Plan, FMEA of NPI and Overlay.
• Simplify the of understanding the changed one to Operators (WI/SOS/JES/HANDBOOK/VISUAL MGMT./TRAINING)
• Conduct Periodical Customer Requirement System Audit and Process Audit at our end.
• Quality System /Supplier process Development through Audits / Periodic Assessment
