Qms Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. SAP entry of all materials received and rejected on daily basis.
2. Inspection/Checking of incoming child parts as per PCS/PQCT (Inspection standard).
3. Arranging and verifying child parts MTC/WTC, periodic testing certificates.
4. Supplier audit as per plan and closures of NC observations, if any within specified time-period.
5. Inventory control on daily basis.
6. Monthly supplier rating calculation and sharing with relevant people.
7. In case of NC product , inform to supplier and follow-up for CAPA.
8. Supplier improvement activities.
9. Daily monitoring of RQA related activities.
10. Monthly preparation of LRN/DEBIT note for suppliers

Preferred candidate profile

He /She must have 5 to 6 years experience in Quality department in a Automobile .B. Tech /Diploma in Mechanical is Mandatory
