The QMS Manager/Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Quality Management System to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations
This role involves monitoring quality performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and promoting a culture of quality across all departments
Key Responsibilities
Quality System Development and Maintenance:
Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (e g, AS 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 1694
Experience in AS9100 Audits, SAP HANA, Supplier Evaluation,
RCAEnsure QMS compliance with applicable regulatory, customer, and industry standar
Regularly review and update quality policies, procedures, and manua
Audits and Compliance:
Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS
Coordinate external audits and certification processes with third-party auditors
Ensure timely resolution of audit findings and non-conformances
