Job Description
- Plan, manage, and execute commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Lead and coordinate Civil, MEP, Architectural, PMC, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, manpower, materials, and overall progress.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor MEP works including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, ELV, and related services.
- Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
- Coordinate with management, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Prepare and review project progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
