Opening For Project Manager with Product Based Company in Pune

We are looking at on boarding Project manager who has in-depth experience involving complex solution development in a multi-vendor environment.

Role & responsibilities :

• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans.
• Interact with the multiple teams / vendors on the program and have full visibility of Intellect deliverable status v/s overall program status
• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
• Sync up regularly with customer and delivery team to prepare delivery plan and track through weekly status dashboards to customers.
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
• Manage monthly revenue accruals with supporting Percentage of Completion
• Track all customer commitments via Tracker and dash board
• Document all discussions with customer
• Ensure milestones are updated in system including internal, external
• Get Customer approvals/signoffs on all deliverables including SoW
• Close all open issues raised by customer
• Conduct Day to day calls with customer.
• Create and present decks for SCM Meetings
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Lead the onsite testing effort, co-ordinating across test managers, triaging teams and offshore PM for fix delivery
• Defining Push back mechanism where needed.

Preferred candidate profile

• 12 years of exp
• Should have managed large programs (multi million dollar + implementation spanning
• across years)
• Should have managed multi vendor programs
• Understand and manage customer dynamics
• Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate to customer
• Time Management
• Exposure to full SDLC and agile/waterfall methodologies
• Should have managed India/APAC bank as a customer

PMP / Prince certification preferable
